1-The approach is not focused on a single muscle/muscle group, posture or movement. Relation to a patient’s symptoms / combination of movements. 2-The approach must be tailored to the individual. Patient needs and symptoms be considered. 3-Exercises must be progressed to function. 4-The approach is not appropriate for all patients with low back and pelvic pain. 5-The approach does not aim to encourage stiffness. Optimal control is a balance between movement and stiffness
